Photo G3288: A young Vietnamese child was mortally wounded by an old 40mm grenade round he discovered while playing in Cogido Village just west of Long Binh Post, Bien Hoa Provence, III Corps Tactical Zone in June-July 1970. His father and another villager rushed the child to a B Company, 720th MP Battalion River Patrol crew at the nearby docks of the Old French Pier.
