Photo G1244: SP/4 Kenneth P. Moffett of the 615th MP Company, 720th MP Battalion exchanged helmets with a member of the 3rd Quan Canh Battalion (Vietnamese MP. To the right is a member of the 307th Cahn Sat Battalion (Vietnamese National Police). The trio is standing on the steps of the Combined Police Forces trailer in Bien Hoa City, Bien Hoa Province, Military Region III, South Vietnam in the spring of 1972 shortly after the 615th was assigned duties in Bien Hoa.
