Photo G0098: Clearing trees from the field of fire inside the perimeter of B Company, 720th MP Battalion, Outpost #2 in Long Hung, Vietnam, spring of 1968. The MP’s used Det-Cord, a rope form of C4 plastic explosive along with the regular block form to cut down the trees and remove the stumps. Courtesy of CPL Thomas T.
