Mann (T-AP-112). The Company consisting of four officers and one hundred and seventy-eight enlisted personnel commanded by Captain John A. Kochenour, departed the port at Oakland, California for Vietnam on 3 August 1965. Also onboard were elements of a U.S. Army Engineer unit and a separate medical unit.
